Transparency
Every digital twin discloses that it is AI. This disclosure may not be removed or disguised.
Consent for likeness and voice
- A portrait may only be animated, and a voice may only be cloned, with the documented consent of the person concerned (or their authorised representative).
- Consent records include scope, permitted uses, expiry and signature, and can be revoked at any time — revocation immediately disables the voice or avatar.
Prohibited uses
Deepfakes intended to deceive; political impersonation; fraud and social engineering; sexual content; harassment; content targeting minors; and any unlawful use.
Human oversight
Actions with real-world effect (sending e-mail, updating records, calling external systems) require approval by an authorised person.
Reporting
Report misuse to [email protected]. We act on credible reports and may suspend the twin concerned.
