By creating an account or using https://digital-twin.asrix.net/ (the "Service") provided by Asrix Prime Berhad, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind your organisation.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- create a digital twin, avatar or voice of a person without that person's consent, or impersonate anyone;
- deceive people into believing they are talking to a human;
- generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexual or violent content, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
- attempt to break the security of the Service or other users' data.

3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed for it.
4. Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period after any free trial. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with prior notice.
5. AI output
AI-generated content can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it — see the Disclaimer.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
