What it does
AI Meeting gives your team video meetings that document themselves. While you talk, the platform transcribes each participant; when the meeting ends, the AI writes the minutes and the to-do list.
How it works
- Schedule or start now — set a title, agenda and language; allow guests if needed and share the invite link.
- Join — everyone checks camera and microphone in the browser and agrees to transcription before entering.
- Meet — video, screen sharing and chat. Each participant's speech is transcribed in short blocks with their name.
- Minutes — when the host ends the meeting, the AI writes the summary, decisions, discussion notes, action items (owner and due date) and a follow-up e-mail.
- Follow up — tick off action items, ask "what did we decide about the budget?", export to Word, or upload recordings of meetings held elsewhere.
Good to know
Meetings run peer-to-peer between browsers — best for up to about 8 people; a TURN server improves connections behind strict firewalls. Transcription uses the private local Whisper engine on your GPU server by default; the audio chunks are deleted after they are transcribed.
