What it does
The Document Creator turns a few lines of instructions into a structured, professional document. It plans an outline first, then writes every section using your brief, any reference document you upload (an RFP, last year's proposal, meeting notes) and — when you pick a digital twin — your company knowledge base.
How it works
- Choose a template — proposal, quotation, letter, contract draft, report, SOP, policy, memo, minutes, article, press release, job description, resume or your own type.
- Write the brief — client, scope, prices, dates, tone and length.
- Review and refine — edit in the built-in editor or select any paragraph and ask the AI to improve, shorten, expand, make it more formal or translate it.
- Export — download a Word file with your company letterhead, or print to PDF.
Good to know
Every AI change keeps the previous text as a version, so nothing is lost. Contract drafts are a starting point and should be reviewed by your legal adviser.
